Great for those small items that you need a quick wash for and dont want to wait for your other load to finish. Cuts laundry time I wish there were more setting options and info on how to add bleach but otherwise Im very happy with the convenience and efficiency of this pedestal washer.

I wanted the pedestal washer to wash my delicates. It is easy to use and I can wash a load in the main washer and the pedestal at the same time which cuts down on time spent doing laundry. Clothes are softer and cleaner than in the big washer with other clothes.

Do NOT buy the LG pedestal washer it does not clean clothes. There is a very small amount of detergent and water used so it does NOT get stains dirt or smells out of clothes. If you ONLY want to wash intimates i.e. lace bras or have a very very light wash on items then it is fine. It is a waste of money and does NOT work as advertised on the LG website. If you use the contact form on the website to send a message to the President of LG do not except a response I sent a message and did not get a response.

Great Idea but Needs More Features for 5 Stars

Overall this is a great idea and LG did a great job executing it. I would have liked to have seen WiFi support like our main washer has so I get alerts of when it is finished. I would have also liked to have seen a softener cup so that I could just set it to run and only come back when its done. Right now having to had softener at mid cycle is extra steps. Also there is no way to silence the beeps so when my kid is taking a nap I have to make sure to close the door for the room.

Not happy at all

I bought my washer/dryer tower on January 14. It is now April 16th and I still dont have a working washer/dryer. Thankful for family that let me do laundry at their house. The replacement towers both arrived damaged. So here it is 3 months later and no satisfaction. Not sure if Home Depot or LG bears the responsibility for this situation.

I used to have to go to the laundromat to wash my comforters and duvets.not anymore This washer is huge but still gives the option to do a small mini load with the drawer washing machine option. So amazing for stinky workout clothes and stuff the kids stain.

High expectations - Low results

This washer doesnt get even small loads very clean. Cant use bleach and you have to listen for the washer to signal when it has stopped midway so you can add softener to the load Would not buy again as it doesnt work well especially at this price point. Have not found a good use for this washer.
