LG sold this oven without letting us know that the decor vent trim is no longer made available due to a problem they had with the oven overheating. Had we know that we would have purchased a different brand.

I bought this oven a couple of years ago and loved everything about it until it quit heating while I was baking.
I bought an extended warranty through Lowes but the company is having is having a hard time finding the problem to get it repaired. I have now been without my

We replaced an oven that was 21 years old Man What a difference Cooks so even and fast The only thing we do not like is on the outside at the very bottom It looks like it is unfinished. A more finished look with the vent hole cover would improve the appearance and give this unit more eye appeal

I just have installed oven on brand new modern kitchen and realized that There is no decor trim on the bottom of oven to cover the support structures. Theres 2 holes ready for trim mounting but LG will not make them available. The look of the kitchen without the trim on the bottom and seeing support structure is very ugly . I have no issue of the quality of the oven.

Love this oven Probably still havent used all of the features yet. I especially love the blue inside. It looks so nice. Everything cooks evenly. I like the broil option that it has multiple selections to make on it rather than just your usual high/low

I love my new LG wall oven. It was everything I expected and has lots of great features. I would have given it 5 stars but one of one gliding racks was missing. I contacted the company but I have yet to hear back as to whether or not they or going to replace it.

We needed to replace our 15 yr old wall oven. Our oven was manufactured and sold by a company that no longer exists so we had to do research for a brand that would fulfill our needs. After looking at specifications and reviews from several manufacturers we decided on purchasin a 30 in. LG wall oven. After 3 weeks we are very satisfiued with the purchase. I seems to perform flawlessly and the EasyClean feature is great. One tip: I suggest you have your installers do a site survey before they bring out the new oven. We did and they needed to trim the opening by a small amount to have the unit fit properly. Most oven openings are not a standard size and all ovens vary a bit in size. It will save time when the oven is delivered.

I used the self clean feature and now cannot get the door open as lie t5he other posters. Control panel is totally inactive.Cant remove the oven to troubleshoot. Will probably have to destroy my cabinets to get to the back panel.

We were told the install was not correct causing a small fire in the rear of the oven and shorting the control panels. We have not had an opportunity to truly test the LG oven so the review is tainted by a bad experience.

We have used the oven for a little over a month and I love it It heats up quickly cooks/bakes evenly and much faster than our older oven. Easy to understand controls. The only negative is that it shows finger prints which drives me nuts. But I love it so much that I am thinking about buying the same unit for our second home.

We bought this oven in May21 and couldnt install it until January. My primary oven is gas but I needed a second oven due to the amount of cooking and baking I do. The oven is a convection oven with the proofing feature. The temperature is pretty accurate. It doesnt seem as hot as the gas oven though. I love the cleaning feature. It doesnt heat up the kitchen and is easy to clean with the water. You just need to have towels at the ready when the 10 minute cycle is completed. This is my secondary oven only because electricity where we live is really expensive so I mostly use the gas oven.

We love our new LG oven so far installed a couple of weeks ago. Were a family that really enjoys cooking and are constantly trying new dishes. The oven seems to cook very evenly and heats up fast. Weve broiled salmon roasted eggplant and baked homemade bread. These are just some of the dishes that have come out perfectly cooked.

Did a self clean oven locked then completely died during process Smokey electrical smell permeated kitchen. Breaker did not trip. I did test breaker its getting power. Oven totally dead not way to remove as is a wall oven and mount screws are accessible only with open door. I literally need to cut this thing out of the cabinet

We bought this oven from Costco in November 2021 so that wed have it when new cabinets came in Feb 2022. It was installed a week ago but I didnt use it until I read the users manual. I was excited to use it for the first time this morning and after a couple of minutes it gives an F-19 code. Just want to cry.

I bought this because it was so highly recommended by Consumer Reports. I have so much faith in them and Abt and LG that I thought I couldnt go wrong. From day one this oven is incredibly noisy. I expected that when using the convection feature but this fan blows all the time. The hot air blowing over the top of my recipes burned them all. And I have baked these recipes for over 50 years. Also the hot air blowing constantly out of the oven and into the kitchen made using the oven in the summer unbearable. Abt arranged for a technician to come out and work on the fan + noise. After working diligently at pulling it apart he called his supervisor who said Oh all the LG ovens do that. Whatever it costs I will trade this in.

I bought my oven a little over a year ago and used the self clean for the first time after the holidays. It blew the main fuse backup fuse and control panel. Repair company said this is very common as self cleaning gets the oven hotter than the wiring can handle. Good oven if you dont need self clean.
