Before I moved I owned a similar LG range and when I redid my current kitchen I wanted the same quality. Love the size of the oven so large you can cook several items along with a turkey for Thanksgiving and not have to shuffle things around. The burners are terrific the different BTUs make quick boiling or simmering a breeze. Havent tried the AirFry feature yet but I look forward to trying it out. The only thing I miss is the 3rd oven rack which was great when baking etc.

The stove has great features. Works wonderfully but I became a slave of my own stove. I dont have it for a long time even though we bought it back in February I just have it for really 3 months. I have no complain on the functionality of the stove but the stove top that is a different story. I am constantly wiping it and even with that on my back burner I am struggling to remove all the time the soft rust marks that appear. I know I am not doing anything wrong since is the only spot. I have E-cloth and stainless-steel cleaner. Nothing else. Not sure if is normal at least not after maybe 30 time of use. All my appliances are LG this is the only one that I almost wish it would be white or black.

Really thought this was a great range with the Sous vide and airbake mode. We purchased another LG one for our lake house. 13 months after purchase of course out of warranty one of the main burners ignitor will not spark. Contacted LG and said I would have to schedule a service call. Ignitor is clean and nothing interfering with it. So now I am going to be stuck with a couple hundred dollar service bill for a faulty ignitor.
The other disappointing thing is you can not find good recipes for the air fry and sous vide option for this style oven/range as most are far the smaller stand alone air fryers. Wish LG would publish some recipes and cooking tips for their oven like other manufacturers do.

Although I havent had the opportunity to use all of the features of this product so far so good. The large burner boils water quickly and all of the burners are easy to adjust. Despite the description provided by LG the burner knobs are NOT backlit and this is a major disappointment. The oven preheats quickly and seems to cook faster than our old range. We have not used the air fry or convection feature yet but Im betting theyll work properly. I cant express my disappointment enough about the false information provided about the backlit knobs. They are one of the advertised features that made us select this particular product.

My husband I were remodeling our kitchen and decided to replace our stove. ILOVE IT It makes my life so much easier now when cooking. I no longer have burnt roasts. It tells me when my roasts are done with the probe. It is flat which means when I bake I can leave the baking tray on the burns to cool. The best of all is I can program it to my cell phone. I can start dinner and not be home. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Oven superb and burner options/operation excellent. Burners difficult to maintain: caps and burners stain easily after every use and caps cannot be restored to like-new status. Griddle stains easily and cannot be restored. Air fryer tray stains easily and has permanent stains after one use baking soda - as recommended by customer service does not correct.

I do enjoy cooking on a gas range and the instant light and heat controll is very good on this range. The oven works well and I am stil getting used to a full gas range having a duel-fuel range previously. BUT it is VERY difficult to keep the cook top clean. The burner covers and grates are an odd material and once something burns on them impossible to remove the stains The so-called non-stick griddle is definitely NOT non-stick and is also hard to clean. I have stopped using it I have not had to clean the oven at this point but hoping it does well.

My husband and I recently moved to a new house and did not like the oven provided by the builder. We had a GE Profile slide in range in our previous home. We loved all the features but had to make 3 service calls within the first year of owning it. This time we went with the LG Insta view slide in range. We love it. The oven is built like a tank and has every feature you could want in a high end oven. It performs beautifully. The convection bake does a wonderful job cooking cakes and pastries. The cooktop cleans up very easily. I would highly recommend this oven

This stove is really nice it does everything We used the air fryer for the 1st time and our fries came out great. Were still trying to work out how to use all the features. One issue though one of the burners wont light. Quick response from Customer Service. Were not sure yet if its a part problem or an installation issue.

The burners are so easy to control the temperature. The stove top is easy to clean. I love the size of the oven. The oven bakes beautiful. Im enjoying all of the different features too such the proofing and warming features. The temperature is right on. This is the best range I have ever had.

I bought the range in January 2022 because I was impressed with the features however I could only use the oven features for a short time due to the failure of the control panel. The repair service sent to correct the problem did not have the required part and after contacting LG service to order the part he was informed LG also did not have the part available. As it stands now three weeks later the range oven is still inoperable with no estimate as to when the repair can be made.

This is our second LG gas range. I love this range. The one thing I dont love--and it was the same on our first LG--is the gas smell when you begin the oven. Now this one seems to have abated some so we will see. The other problem we are having currently is a vibration on the back panel when the fan comes on in the oven. We will have to get that figured out--its quite annoying. All in all its a beautiful range. We are adding backsplash this week to complete the kitchen I also have to figure out how to connect it to my phone. It keeps asking for my LG range password--I havent set one up

We have had this range for nearly 6 months now and are super glad we went with the LG GAS range. Its so much easier to control cooking heat on the top and my wife loves the convection baking capability with the oven. It looks great in our kitchen and the whole appliance is easy to clean and the stainless steel really is fingerprint proof. The only thing I would change if I could are the grates. They are a bit lightweight and somewhat fragile for cast iron. We had one break shortly after install but LG did replace it under the warranty.

So far I really like this gas range I purchased it because of the large oven capacity and easy clean features. I havent done any massive heavy duty cooking yet but all the meals Ive made so far have cooked well and been easy to clean up. I also havent used the wifi connectivity yet but that wasnt super important for me. The oven itself is very different than my last one as it heats up from the back and pushes the air around which is great but getting used to it. I feel like the oven takes a bit to heat up probably because it is so large which if youre just heating up pizza or chicken fingers can be frustrating but Ill take that trade off for the size I love the blue interior. And love that I have been able to just wipe the oven and stovetop down when I made a greasy mess I havent had to use either cleaning features yet well see how that goes. I love the 22K burner - it boiled a huge pot of water relatively fast My negatives so far - you have to turn the oven knob on then off to get the timer/panel to come on not a big deal but I wish you could just tap on the panel the timer plays a happy little song though when done Also the broiler shuts off with door open which is a good safety feature though I like sometimes to flip things around and keep an eye on what Im broiling with the door open not a dealbreaker. Then the top grates have scratched the stovetop slightly though I havent moved them around much except to clean. You cant see the scratches really when the grates are on so doesnt bother me yet but it seems the top may scratch easily which over time would be worrisome. Overall I feel like this range was a great purchase however Im still new to it and learning all the different cooking features. So far so good though and I would highly recommend at this point

It performs perfectly once I figure it out. Looks good too. Still waiting for my refrigerator to arrive. Microwave is great also. Only complaint is dark interior of microwave.

The convection feature is far superior to our last oven. Able to bake two trays on two levels simultaneously. Excellent for holiday cookie production The air fry feature is quite effective and makes much healthier food. Clean up inside the oven with just water. The top burners are super hot and powerful but able to dial them down for fine control as well. Best stove we have ever had and it looks modern sleek and professional. Really love the burner control dials that are illuminated when the burner is on. Never have to worry that a burner was left on low by mistake.

Beyond disappointed with the stove top. Impossible to clean. Burners permanently stained. Tried all cleaning methods nothing worked. Cleaning method suggested by LG destroyed the finish. Replacement sent but nothing enough to update all burners. Nothing spilled. Had oven about 40 days when stains appeared.

I love all the features however there is rubber grommet near the large burner that melted on the first use while using a large pot. also the control panel stopped working a few day after purchase just needed to reset by unplugging and replugging. There is no troubleshooting indicator on how solve this problem in the manual.

Ive had this stove for over a month now. I love it It replaced a kitchenaid. I have used the soux vide and the pork roast was awesome. I used the convection roast on a ham that turned out great. Ive baked breads and used the convection 3 racks to convection bake cookies. All turned out great The cooktop is wonderful and easy to keep clean. The ThinQ is marvelous helping me to hear the timer by using my phone. Im picky about my oven and this one is great
